After all, Daniels didn't seem shocked to still be alive after Silik saved them; in fact, his mission demanded it. Given that all interviews with Berman and Braga mention them bending over backward to ensure that [i]Enterprise[/i] doesn't significantly--and obviously your opinion of significantly may differ from theirs--violate continuity, it seems clear that these time-travel incidents will be handled in the "predestination" manner.
