It was used for "Future Imperfect" as you noted. AFAIK, the only difference between this model and the one Okuda damaged for BoBW is the placement of the aforementioned smaller nacelles. Like this model, I think the other one had nacelles attached to the rear of the saucer too, just farther back and possibly higher up.
