There are a lot of them out there to find, but for whatever reason they're tough as the dickens *to* actually find. Anyway, here's a few that I've come across during a work procrastination break:

Not bad, given that it's a mesh of two of my lesser favorite bridge designs: the Sovereign and the Interpid. Not much new except for the tactical console.

An interesting attempt at a "cut and paste" design, literally meshing Fact Files pictures of the Intrepid, Sovvie and Galaxy bridges. I actually like the ideas of the main stations and the "little people" stations sandwiched in between like that.

Here's a futuristic bridge incorporating lots of holo-tech whatsits.

Really square, but neat idea putting everything in the "pit" area.

Blue... Mostly inspired from the Galaxy bridge.

I *think* this has something to do with the Star Trek: Borg PC game. Anyone know? It looks interesting, at least in the live-action shot...

A "flying bridge" module, that apparently solves the terrible ergonomics of the Intrepid bridge command chairs...
S'enough for now. Anyone have any others?

I've been kicking around a few ideas for a new bridge concept (although not necessarily a Trek bridge). So I've been trying to find other bridge designs to see what cool ideas are out there and if anyone is coming close to me. They really are hard to find, aren't they? Here's a few that I've found:
USS Caduceus PBEM Site -- Enter the site, hit the ENGINEER. button, and select deck listings. I'd link directly to the page, but I can't get the address (right-click's been disabled). It's an interesting mesh of the Galaxy-class and Defiant-class bridges.
USS Surprise Bridge Renders -- The renders could use a little more refinement, but I think the overall design is pretty neat. Seems to be a combo TNG-era bridge with the NX-01 Enterprise's bridge (since the conference area is on the bridge). I like the most of the stations are forward of the command area.
USS Coronado Bridge Renders -- Same artist as above, but this is a work in progress. Not much in pictures, but check out that floor plan. That is a really interesting concept to go with for a bridge.
And, of course, I keep stumbling across this site.

Thanks, Dat! I was looking for seanr's massive gallery, but Google wasn't being very cooperative with me.

This is a design that a group of us worked out for "Star Trek: Renaissance." The actual artwork is by Bob Crosswell.

::shrug:: He's probably hanging out more at other forums that are more devoted to 3D rendering, ship designs, and the like.

He's pissed at Flare. He started a thread here once about someone who was ripping off his designs, and Charles locked it because it was bringing TrekBBS business to Flare.
At least, that's what he told me. There might have been more.
Siggy -- check your PMs please. [ June 30, 2002, 22:20: Message edited by: Snay ]

seanr hangs around on the 3D Gladiator forums. He's doing an amazing new Romulan Nemesis-style bridge now.

Contrary to popular belief, I don't dislike SolarFlare (though Charles and I have had our disagreements). The simple fact of the matter is that I've barely got enough time to post at the two forums I do frequent. If you want to see my WIPs, your best bet is to keep an eye on these sites:
http://www.scifi-meshes.com http://www.3dgladiators.com
I post most often at SFM, where I am a moderator (Intructor, actually, but it's essentially a supermoderator with a different title).
ROTFL @ Nim Pim.
As for the Romulan set - it's not really Nemesis, as I've got ZERO ref material for that, but you can see the shots of it here:

Of course it is. Heaven forbid we have a fanboy ship that isn't ludicrously fast and heavily armed.
