I called it on Q’s first lines. Maybe not word for word, but close. And I hold out hope based on how the scene is cut that they could still do the digital de-aging. After last season’s panic-inducing half-baked de-aging for Data’s dream sequence in the teaser, it would make sense that they’d hold off on doing that again. Maybe. Hopefully.
They didn’t show Guinan, but with time travel and alternate timelines involved that hints at at least part of how she could fit in.
As long as they don’t wedge in Mirror Georgiou I’ll be fine.
Oh, one more thing… 2022!?! Sigh. Oh well.

That's only 6 months away.
Lower Decks hits August, right? That's 10 episodes. Let's say it's followed by Disco, so 21 October. Go for 13 again, that takes us to 13 Jan. Picard could air 20 Jan.
I bet following 10 weeks of that, we get SNW on 31 March.

Whatever one's opinion on CBS Trek or even a bearded Q, let's just all take a moment to acknowledge that John de Lancie is looking damn good these days.

Hmm, Patrick Stewart looks and sounds even frailer than in Season 1.

JdL is looking even better than he did in Breakng Bad. Have to think that any digital deaging is going to be minimal - the last thing they need is to try to de-age him to his 80s/90s clean-shaven self, only to have comparisons drawn to Cavell's digital de-moustaching in Justice League. Time works differently for Q, he could have "aged" in whatever ways Q do, over countless aeons. Has to be an explanation why (as far as we know) Picard hasn't heard from him in decades.
