The physical server that The Solareclipse Network resides on is located in Kissimmee, Floridia. While this is quite inland, it may be impacted by Floyd. If a few hours (or days) of downtime is experienced over the next few days, that's likely the cause.

Also another note:
When the server does not respond to your requests, I can't do anything, it's out of my control. When you get an error message, THAT is when I can do something, so report that to me.
