This time from National Public Radio.If you love music as I do, then you must listen to the NPR 100. You simply must.
NPR bills it as "the 100 most important American musical works of the 20th century" and I dare say they are not far off the mark.
Rather like the now famed "This American Life" radio program, NPR has asked various writers, critics and other to take a look at some of the great American music.
