Yes, here's the new and improved version of my infamous parametric map of the Milky Way Galaxy. Changes were made to try to reconcile my calculations with current scientific observations and information given in "Dark Frontier."
These were created on a TI-83, but can probably be inputted into different calculators.
Milky Way Galaxy
X = 50000cos(T) Y = 50000sin(T)
Voyager's Path
X = 100T Y = 420T-22500
United Federation of Planets
X = 4000cos(T)-2000 Y = 4000sin(T)-22500
Borg Space
X = 4750cos(T)+14490.62 Y = 4750sin(T)+38360.605
Krenim Imperium
X = 8205.069238cos(T)+19409.735 Y = 8205.069238sin(T)+23596.27
Malon Space
(Now this is scary...)
X = 16002.53846cos(T)-6778.884 Y = 16002.53846sin(T)+18118.151
Note: I could switch the Krenim Imperium and the Malon to opposite sides of Voyager's path, but since I don't like the Malon much, I decided to put them where the would get trashed by the Jem'Hadar.
I'll eventually get around to figuring out equations for the Romulans, Klingons, and Cardassians, but not for a while.

Holy Mother of Bart Simpson! Geez, how did you figure all that out? I bow in your presence. And this all looks good on my (borrowed) calculator.

Kreni, you're a genius! Because you reminded me of those calculations, you showed me where Ileft my calculator. It should be somewhere in my room, not lost at school!

Ugh...calculators are impossible to photograph properly...
Anyway, here's an image of what the map looks like...

Just that Voyager keeps getting thrown ahead several thousand light-years but still encounters them a lot...

This seems to open up a new storyline for Star Trek. However, our galaxy is getting more and more crowded.

My graphing calculator wasn't too happy with data and took forever to load. I have a Casio CFX-9850G. These graphing calculators always give me headaches.

I promised more equations, so here's a new one:
The Dominion
X = 5281.005803cos(T)-28331.43 Y = 5281.005803sin(T)+33009.745
Given size of the Dominion is probably a minimum. Three-dimensionally, this would give the Dominion a volume equal to that of the Federation, Klingons, Romulans, and Cardassians combined.

Given their methods, they could hold a lot of space. If you don't like something, kill it with your test tube baby, drug addicted, think we are Gods, love to fight, Lizard Guys.

It's a mixture of canon and non-canon stuff. By the way, I completed the rest of my parametric equations, inputted them in Mathematica 3.0, and saved various perspectives of the resulting map. You can check it out here.
