What is the class or type of support craft seen in spacedock - starbase 74 in this episode - This is not the same as the support craft seen in Star Trek 3...

Is this the thing that was built out of disposable razors, or something like that? I remember someone saying that there was a Spacedock craft like that that was featured in that Trek episode of Reading Rainbow...

I did watch it at the weekend. The only one I saw looked like a workbee with little nacelle-like things on the sides. Perhaps unextended grappler arms? My tape quality wasn't that good.
But I did watch it! Don't say I never do anything for you!
