Can someone help me with something? I can't figure out how tall or wide the Klingon D7 class battlecruiser is compared to TOS Enterprise, to me the battlecruiser looks equal in width to the Enterprise, at least from the pictures I've seen in the book "The Making of Star Trek" by Stephen E. Whitfield.

It is much wider, I can tell you that for sure.

It looks like the D7 is about between 300 and 350 meters long to me. Just slightly longer than the Enterprise-A.

I seem to remember that the ST Sketchbook or some such book had an original Jeffries drawing placing the Enterprise and the Klingon cruiser next to each other in side view, confirming a 230m-range length estimate for the latter. Is my memory going or what?
