Here's the Romulan Imperial Eagle, a vessel with the same use as the US Air Force One.
I don't think i'm going to make a top/front view, it probably won't work out well.

Imperial Parrot?

Maybe you should make the beak sharper and the eyes less surprised?

It's actually very nice, it uses the same idea as the proposed D'Kazanak class, that is, same basic body as the standard D'Deridex but without a ventral-section connected to the nacelles.
