Hey, I'm pretty sure that old piece of junk can't make the Kessel Run in less than twelve parsecs... *scratches head*

In a just world, Harrison Ford would have to pilot that for eternity as pennance for Last Crusade....with Sean Connery around his neck like an albatross.

But I'm just being nice because I'm full of Holiday Glee.

And just what did you find so objectionable about Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade? [Confused]

Yeah, I'd say Last Crusade was the best of the three.

Wrong universe - that line is from the TOS episode The Trouble with Tribbles. Spoken by a Klingon about the Enterprise...

It's still applicable to the current situation tho.

That's like saying STV was the best of the Trek movies.
Really, it's a pale shadow of the other two.
Plus, Indy's pal rom the university is reduced to poor comedy relief, while in the first movie, he seems to be a suave (if past his prime) mentor version of Indy himself.

Mabye I just hate slapstick in an adventure movie- that whole "got lost in his own museum" really pissed me off..way to ruin a cool supporting character.

Oh yeah, without a doubt [Smile]

Thought that ship might've been from the same company who's Jody F Millenium (yup, named for the actress Jodi Foster) ran aground here in NZ a few years back...

I always thought that the first movie was the best, the first movie is always the best. the second one usually sucks. and the third usually does a fairly decent job of making up for the second. Last Crusade was definately the funnier movie tho and Sean Connery was damn funny.

BTW Jim, that link there just takes me on a roundabout trip through google and finally to the microsoft home page...
