I've been reading about the Oberth-class Starship from Star Trek the magazine and they mentioned that it was armed with phasers. My question is, does any know where they are on the ship?

IIRC, the model has no apparent phaser emplacements, but in the film First Contact an Oberth is seen firing from the forward part of the saucer.

Got a screencap of that? I dont recall a Oberth in FC at all. There's one in Emissary: it blows up nicely (just as almost every other Oberth ever seen does).

Can't 'cap it, but it's time index 9:43-9:47 on the DVD. Just before 9:44 the Oberth comes out from behind the lower left corner of the Borg cube, it makes a pass around towards the front. 9:46 is where the phaser shot occurs. Following that, the ship continues in it's pass around the cube and the scene cuts to a new shot. It is quite clearly and Oberth, there is nothing indistinct about it.
Perhaps Spikey can 'cap it?

Hmmm....what the fuck could Starfleet have been thinking, sending that floating target in there?

Someone has capped that scene before, I'm sure of it.
I actually remember seeing a full breakdown of the whole batte right here on this board. I suggest you use the search function and see what you can find.
As for where the phasers are, you may notice that the Oberth has a few little rectangular cutouts on the saucer rimm, that'd be where I would have them.
I didn't notice it at first, but after a second glance I saw the little fella fire its phasers.

Niiiice caps! Man, that tiny ship sure can dish out the phaser fire! I agree that if it's the 120 meter long Oberth, they have had to replace that tiny forward shuttlebay with a phaser bank of some kind.
Though I think even that tiny shuttlebay can hold a shuttlepod or two.

Well, "replacing" or otherwise using modularity is the only way one could sensibly operate such a tiny vessel anyway. The square holes on the saucer rim would be very nice places for modular gear such as mission-specific weapons or sensors.
