Of most importance is the underside pic, which shows both how the nacelles are connected (Reliant pylons like the Curry, but attached to the secondary hull instead of under the saucer), and how the saucer is connected to the secondary hull (using part of the Excelsior's nacelle pylons.) Also, there seems to be an Enterprise-A sensor dome under the secondary hull in a grossly out-of-scale manner It also looks like instead of the shuttlebay in front of the ship, there's a part of the front nacelle housing and part of the rear nacelle housing facing the opposite direction. The only part I can't identify is whatever is directly behind those nacelle housing parts.

They're from the Propworx auction. I was hoping they'd have pics of the Buran too, but I guess we'll have to wait on that.

OK, I can't place it exactly, but I know that's the slideplate battery cover to something: a TV remote, a pocket calculator, something like that. I've seen it before & I've played with it before because of its shape. I'll keep thinking, though.
EDIT: Also, that sensor dome cluster isn't from the E-A, it's from Reliant.

Fascinating. It looks like there's no Excelsior neck at all on the model (in the last photo you can see the rear underside of the saucer). Is the whole thing connected by those two Excelsior nacelle pylons, Oberth style?

Shik: You're right about the sensor dome. I was confused because both the Reliant and the Ent-A models have that sensor dome as a separate piece, but the Ent-A's is actually smaller in size. As for the TV remote battery cover, if that's truly what it is, then that's the one piece I won't be able to replicate for my model, since there's no way in hell I'll ever be able to find the correct TV remote from 20 years ago.
Minutiaeman: Actually, it's only part of the Excelsior pylons. Two pieces fit together to form it (one piece has the "hump" between the pylons.) The piece used here is the one without the hump, since the Excelsior's own sensor dome doesn't allow the hump piece to fit under the saucer. I can post pics of the pieces if you're not sure what I'm talking about.

As for that mystery piece, check the stardrive section of the E-D 18 inch model if you have one (I sold mine). Pretty sure I remember it from there. Either aft of the ventral undercut or on the bridge area.

No, they're actually parts from a Runabout model kit. I already have the parts so I know what they are.

Yeah I have a vague recollection of that part as well. The way it seems to have a flange around the edge almost makes me think of a model base or stand. Considering the scale it's at to fit the top of the Excelsior secondary hull it's not very big. I've been trying to remember what it is, but like everyone else, it's eluding my brain dammit!
