Shuttlepod: Bigger than a space suit, not enough room to swing a cat. NO RESTROOM!

Shuttlecraft: Enough room to swing a cat, as long as it's a small one. Has some concession to sanitary requirements. If you want lunch, you'd better have packed it yourself, 'cos there's no replicator.

Runabout: Bigger than a shuttlecraft. Sanitation facilities are complete. Room to swing a cat. Has replicators, but the selection leaves a little to be desired.

Well, that's it for now. Suggestions for larger ships anyone?

Escort (official)/Warship (unofficial): Sternbach says there's enough room to swing a tiger, but they used a leopard for two seasons before they got it right.

Sovereign class: Spacious bridge. Animated turbolift displays to entertain the kiddies on those long elevator rides. Variable torpedo launchers. Fold-out captain's yacht. Enough room to swing a Rigelian razor cat.

Galaxy class: Swing as many runabouts as you can. Around they go! What they hit, nobody knows! ::WHAM!!:: Just not in front of the junior officers.

*shakes head*

You're all a disgrace to the Starships forum. But at least this gives us more posts to get ahead of the silly officer's lounge.

At least this thread is devoted to canon information, unlike certain others I could name.

And silly?! See if I come to your Christmas party!

Delta Flyer: Cool enough to go galaxy club hoppin' in, and pick up fine chicks. Enough room to hit her "cat."

Starbug: Good milage, nice station wagon. Ain't gonna hit no "cat" up in that ride!

replace "cat" with "punani" or a similar word that pertains to both "cat" and "punani" which starts with "p" and has 5 letters

NO RESTROOM!
Didn't the crew always take shuttles for short term travel to neighboring star systems, before runabouts were available? If it takes several days (or at official Warp 2.x years), there has te something like a restroom. Suggestions?

*** Off-topic warning ***
Brown_supahero: Is punani a synonym for p****? Seems I get similar search results with Altavista for either word.

Multi-Vector Tactical Assault ship: Plenty of room to swing cats, but they may split into three while you do so. Neurotic Medical Hologram as standard. Beware using restrooms, since you may find the toilet paper ends up in another part of the ship.

Silly Officers' Lounge? Hehe.

Voyager stuck on a subspace sandbar: We've got people lined up to see our star feature, the restrooms!

And aren't there lots of selections on a runabout as far asreplictors are concerned?

Maybe we shouldn't go on with this topic, otherwise it could become a forum of its own, next to the Officer's Lounge.
