No, I think that Commandment #69 is "a person's sex life is only the business of that person and their partner(s)."
Obviously, Commandment #65 refers to people entering a person's domicile (be it bedroom, apartment, etc) and attempting to do something evil like, I dunno, cleaning.

The Wombat equivalent is simply a small room where you, and all the people you know, review your life frame-by-frame to see everywhere you screwed up. And you have to apologize for it, and mean it, and then you're free to go.
