Perhaps they've never been taught that hurting others isn't a good way to express their anger. I recommend taking some time out of your day to sit down and talk to them. Actually talk to them. So many of us merely think we can mouth a few platitudes at our body parts, like our parents did. But that just won't cut it. Listen to them. Make sure you say "I" a lot instead of blaming everything on them.
