You might remember the original Pic the Voice...there were a bunch of sound files, and you had to identify the forum users saying them, with an additional funny comment. Lee's, for example, was often mentioned in association with nature documentaries.

Well, here it is...Pic the Voice II. Try to creatively identify the people who's voices these are. And those who were in the last contest were not disqualified from this one, so there might be repeats...or there might not.

  1. Sorry about the distortion (137K)
  2. Long, but funny (566K)
  3. We knew that all along (78K)
  4. Extreme pleasure indeed (117K)
  5. Well, I suppose... (78K)
  6. Quite a profound statement (59K)

Thanks to everyone who submitted the sound files, and Elim for getting people to submit them. Elim will judging this, also.

Oooh, you're getting on my nerves, Voice #2. (Just kidding)

Can we just guess one or two or all at once?

*ahem* Last time people forgot the jokes or funny comments, too. Do remember now, please.

The names don't even have to be right to do a nice, funny comment. Go ahead.

Number 4 is none other than Charles Capps!

Number 5 is the Enterforums, whcih has taken on a sentience all it's own. My god, we've created a monster.

No 1 is...MaGiC?

Nope, forget that.

I'd plump for Seigy too for no 1. Although he really should do what he normally does down the phone.

1. Once upon a time, the Pompatous was a DJ that dedicated love songs to all his crowds of raging women .... now, all he has left is his throaty voice and lots of records.

Okay, I suppose you all deserve some vague hints:

1. This guy is really bright.
2. The first part is fabulous.
3. This is not his normal accent.
4. Look for the upcoming hint.
5. He was kicked off his planet.
6. Just a blip.

Remember the funny comments, like Jubes.

Well, number one is John Flansburgh. Er... Or someone doing an impression of him. Either one...

I'd introduce you all to number two, but he just fled the Forums, having been beaten to a pulp by fifteen purse-wielding amazons...

Number three is also John Flansburgh. For that matter, "Number Three" is John Flansburgh, also. Or John Linnell. Oh, hell, who can tell the difference, anyway?

Number, um... four... is, uh... Uh... Uh... *hyperventilating*

Number five is a shameless plug. No, really, he's new here. His name is Shameless Plug. *whispers* His parents aren't really all there, if you get my meaning...

Number six is, um... Well, let's see... Uh... Well, it's, er... not me. That's all I know.

*will fill them in as he figures them out*

Actually, both Linnell and Flans sing Number 3, so you were right and wrong.
