As to recruiting new members, I find that Flare is where I can really be myself without offending mods or the conservative views of other board's members. I've brought over a few (Griffworks comes to mind) that did not mesh too well with our eclectic group and were even suprised to see [i]me[/i] when not on "best behavior" mode. [/QB][/QUOTE]
