I know nobody really cares, but I graduated high school yesterday. Four years of pain, misery, and other assorted Fun ThingsTM have finally come to an end! I shall soon be joining so many of you in the college world. I am most pleased.
So...yeah. Congradulations to me!

College marks four personal milestones:
1) the end of a sucky part in your life 2) the beginning of a fun part in your life 3) the end of a fun part in your life 4) the beginning of a sucky part in your life

I hated college, my "mentor" was a bearded git with a BMW obsession. Then again I did have fun watching people get stoned and making themselve look stupid.
Good luck!

Congratulations. And good luck on that whole college thing.
Just realize that there's more to college than partying and girls. Make classes/school work your priority and the chicks #2 and you'll have a blast. Unfortunately, I didn't learn that lesson until my third semester and it cost me scholarships.
I didn't get a degree, but had a blast polishing my interpersonal relationship skills w/the ladies.

Damn...wow..."tommarrow"...I've always seen how Canadians and the English like throwing in extra letters here and there in the words we share, but this one is news to me...

We do take the letters out, but that's because the French shouldn't have put them there in the first place.

The funniest post ever, for the simple fact that he had to edit out a spelling error, presumably.

I remember my high school graduation. I was so anxious to get the hell out of there.
Seven years later, I start every morning in the fetal position rocking back and forth begging God to rewind time and put me back in high school.

I have not set foot in my high school since I walked out the door after graduation. If I ever find myself wishing I were back there, it probably means I'd be best just offing myself right then and there.
Then, there are those who would argue that I should consider it anyway...

After I graduated, I went back to the school periodically during the first term of uni... Talk to former teachers, talk to friends... I guess I was still adjusting and liked being in familiar surroundings. By the time second term came around, I didn't go back at all. High school gave some interesting times, but I'm finding uni a whole lot better.

I've only been back to my old High School to have transcripts sent out. However, I found it website a couple of weeks ago and was saddened to see almost all of my teachers have apparently retired at some point in the past 6 years. Another thing, I can't believe its been 6 years since high school. Wonder if all of those preppy cheerleaders (who were in most of my classes senior year) have gotten knocked up yet? Ah well.
On a side note, I graduate college in approximately 5 weeks. Who0t. All I can say is, about damn time. ^_^

Hey, c'mon! I just graduated here! Cut me a break huh? I never could spell that word right.
It's nice to finally be able to really enjoy life. I plan on doing some travelling (did I spell that word right?)

Or an aluminium one?
Congrats MMoM. Remember that college is only about 46% learning stuff. The remaining portions in order of magnitude are: learning to deal with having to do all the stupid shit your professors are going to make you do, chasing the wrong skirts and learning to drink and swear properly. So party the FUCK out of your summer or you'll regret not doing it later.

Well isn't that nice... BUT IT'S WRONG!
(Yeah, so, I'm lettin' this one slide in the interest of linguistic harmony. Damned Romans.)
Also: resurgence!
