Saw this in a newspaper. This is for all the Car maniacs out there. These acronyms were taken from bumper stickers sold at a recent Toronto Auto Convention. Very humourous and true, once you think about it.............

ACURA: All Cars Usually Require Adjustment
BEETLE: Battered Everywhere, Expect To Lose Engine
BMW: Bring More Wallets
BUICK: Big Ugly Import Car Killer
FIAT: Fix It Again Tony
FORD: First On Recall Day
GMC: Got Mechanic Coming?
HONDA: Had One Never Did Again
PLYMOUTH: Please Leave Your Money Order Under The Hood
SUBARU: Screwed Up Beyond All Repair Usually
TOYOTA: Taking Our Yen Out, Thanks All
VOLVO: Very Old Looking Vehicular Object

Anyone else have other Acronyms? How about MUSTANG, LINCOLN, or PONTIAC?

I thought Ford was "Flipped Over Repainted Dodge"

No, it's "Found On Road, Dead."

I know one for PONTIAC, but it's racist and I won't post it.

Naw, you're all wrong. FORD is Fixed Or Repaired Daily.

If my mind wasn't a total blank all the time, I'd have something creative written here. But it is. So sue me.

Cody: Nope... that's not accurate... because even though I've taken my car into the shop 3 times, with 3 different mechanics, in the last two months, it still hasn't been fixed.

In my opinion Ford = Found On Road DYING.... It's not dead yet. It'll never die. That's too simple. Instead it'll just be dying for the rest of my life... grr....

my deadbeat sister-in-law had a VW: Vanishing Wages

(PS: when someone you loan money to buys a used Rabbit because it's "cute," and the previous owner tells her THREE times to her face that it needs a new timing belt---make sure she gets a new timing belt.

PSS: Never loan money to your dead beat sister-in-law)
