Couldn't you just place a mini speaker and connect an electric source up to the nerves that innervate the jaw of the fish? Then be near-by and speak into a microphone (i.e. you place the fish there first).

The stupidest thing ever (IMO) is the whole "Freedom Fries" thing. If there is anything stupider or more ridiculious than that, I havn't seen it.
