10 is only two, if you count it right.
Posted by Shik (Member # 343) on :
There's no such THING as two!
Posted by Ritten (Member # 417) on :
That was two many years ago, I have two agree with CC.
Congrats on the Senior Citizen forum CC.

I can't even imagine what it must feel like to approach 40. I mean, I'm barely old enough to drink and I feel old sometimes, when I realize things I used to enjoy doing went out of fashion so many years ago it's counted in double digits. And that must seem so cute and quaint to you guys!

It feels like approaching 20 really, just less excitement. Oh, and, for some, less hair, grayer hair.
Christ, my son is just a bit younger than Sean.......
Now I feel old........

I am now 30 years old.
I am officially an old fart.
Ow I think I threw my back again......
Posted by Daniel Butler (Member # 1689) on :
"Threw it out." Unless you mean you literally rent your back from your body and hurled it. Which is an anatomical enigma - what exactly is your "back" anyway? Everything down the midline?

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!
YEA US!! Posted by Sean (Member # 2010) on :
Geez, I'm 15 and I feel old now. I remember Y2K clearly. EVeryone was afraid that the worlds computers would stop working and explode. Damn, my brother wasn't even born then, and he's eight now. I still think of the 90's as just a few years ago. 9/11 is going on 8 years now. Thank god, so is Bush. Infact, 9 years ago is when I started getting into Star Trek. OMG, we're almost a decade into the millenium, and we're still in existance!!!

Is that you ( and pretty much everyone else on this board) in 35 or so years?
Posted by deadcujo (Member # 13) on :
Yeah, you're old...and still in Lynnwood, apparently! I went to school in Lynnwood. How long ago was that old IRC channel initiated? I think there was a weekly chat.

Your sone is Christ? Impressive. But you do realize that was two thousand and twelve years ago, right? My, where does the time go...?

Wouldn't that make Ritten GOD?
Posted by Ritten (Member # 417) on :
Time, relatively speaking, is meaningless, 2,012 or 14, it's all the same.
Sean, that is a scary thought, but, if so, it would explain a lot about the way the world works. Or doesn't, as the case maybe.
It also explains my dad saying things like, "God, damn you sometimes." When I would do some goofed up teen crap. And at my infinite age you think I would know better.

I've said it before - WOW! 9 YEARS!! That is an 'AGE' on the Internet (that's just THIS version of the forum too!) In forum years it is positively ANCIENT!
Could we be classed as a 'founding' community of the Internets?
Can someone do up a nice time-line of our community?? From the original Utopia Planitia forum onwards?
Posted by Ritten (Member # 417) on :
Andrew, see TSNs post here.

Posted by Pensive's Wetness (Member # 1203) on :
9 years. thats a long time in dog, bitch or giving head years, right?
Posted by Daniel Butler (Member # 1689) on :
I believe his wife's name is Espiritu. Nee Sanctu. (God - er Ritten - forgive my bad Latin.)
Posted by Sean (Member # 2010) on :
Dog years, 63
Bitch years, 32 with a visa card, 45 years with bankruptcy and a hot latin pool boy
Giving head years, 9 1/2, if either of you survive that long.

Posted by Sean (Member # 2010) on :
Yes. He normally doen't like the name God sr., so he goes by Q now.
Posted by Daniel Butler (Member # 1689) on :
I think Q would insist on God Senior B)
Posted by Sean (Member # 2010) on :
Too many letters. How do you think that translates into other species languages? Q trandlates better than GOd Senior, Id think.
English-Q Klingon-Q ( or klingon letter variant) English-God Senior Klingon- Kloch-de mounch-jahhk-poveeen-Kahless-komack.
See.
