Ok it is what is on all our minds when we look at T'pol and B'Elanna what does their reproductive system look like. I mean certainly the sex organs are not all the same similar maybe but not the same. Obviously nobody has opened a site to create such fictional organs because they would somewhat be X-rated. But still the question and the common sense answer remains the same, why haven’t they been discussed, because it is still a touchy subject, and obviously will never actually be on a movie or show. So what do you think they would look like and how would they work. Please be sanitary and mature.

I think "sanitary and mature" are pretty much out the window already.
Most humanoid species (especially the ones you mentioned) likely have extremely similar reproductive equipment, seeing as we've seen several examples of human/other humanoid species unions and offspring.

Given that they have identical structures like ears, eyelids, lips, tongues, fingernails, and so forth--that is, structures which could look different but don't--I'd bet their genitalia is largely the same as well.
One thing I have wondered about is body hair. Female aliens universally have hairless legs and/or armpits. While I can potentially understand facial hair getting in the way and otherwise annoying male aliens, it seems unlikely that aliens would develop the same gender-specific standard about where hair should be. Same thing with how males almost always have short hair and females usually have long hair... or males wear pants and females wear dresses. Even if you buy near-identical human duplication in physical form, such superficial cutural norms being identical is a little odd. Guess it's those wacky Preservers. I, for one, am glad for their meddling!
