Fans of the original series have simply got o check this out! A fan film set in the TOS era has been released called Starship Exeter. I'm sure some of you will be familiar with this fan film, and now it's finally done. I have been waiting for it to be released for several months now and finally it's out. Fans of Franz Joesph should take heed--several explicit refrences to his work are shown... Check it our here...

Ooh. They've actually finished it now.
Props and sets are nice. Actors are somewhat less impressive . And why does the Andorian talk so weird?

The Andorian ambassador in "Journey to Babel" (TOS) had a weird accent. I think that they were trying to recreate that.

I just watched the whole thing. They get an A for effort, a D for acting (especially the Captain), and an F for the script, which was just a bunch of fight scenes, empty posturing, and zero characterization. And how can you do a 60s style Trek and have a Captain who fights like Kirk but doesn't even eyeball one bodacious alien chick in gogo boots?!
