...doing many many intresting things, and some rather boring mundane stuff as well.

Anyway... I found this while cleaning up some old backups:

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v469/Lizoid/Toilet.jpg

I remember it came from here but don't remember who made it.

If possible I'd like to use it in a project a couple of friends of mine are working on detailing the design and construction of the Constitution and the Enterprise... This would go in the section "Other Engineering Challanges."

"...difficulty was encountered with the original design of the toilet seat as drawn by the design team. Wood was choosen for the first prototypes. While it's light weight and morale-boosting asthetic design was pleasing to the humans, the Vulcans found the risk of splinters to be illogical."

...or somthing to that effect. [Big Grin]

Hello. I'm new, you're newly returned. I've already suffered the initiation rite. Do they do a re-initiation if you've been away too long?

Regarding your toilet seat write-up, perhaps something about "a comprehensive study of the anatomical morphology of the posteriors of member races serving in Starfleet presented new and previously unknown design challenges..." ?

;-)

No Lurker, we don't, although we could start.... lol

Hey, how's the plant?

A plant? I thought men like him were usually called fruits!

Don't fruits come from plants?

Hey, how's the plant?

We've expanded a bit.

Well quite a bit.

That's a lie.

...we purchaced two rivals and increased our market share sixfold.

Now we're the 1,983rd largest maker of plastic-based food packaging products! YAY!

Making 1,984th feel bad....

Congrats.

We are trying to decide if we should add thier We are contemplating whether or not to add their technological distinctiveness to our own.

I even understood that......

Only if it adds to your branding/image I would think.

I think our next upgrade should include spelling and grammer checkers.

We don't have a brand we do custom work. For example if Dried Meat-Treats LLC needs a certain design package for beef-jerky we make the film, form it into bags, print bags and ship them by the case-load to Dried Meat-Treats LLC.

As for the starships... Maybe I could stick some styrofoam plates together for the saucer and styrofoam cups for the nacelles?

Ah, so if I needed a quarter million cusotm lids for 3.5 ounce sauce cups you could do that.

Sty, that would have been funny as hell if you had done that and taken a pic for them.

I've tried to convince him of the market in phaser replicas and kits, but he remains unsold on the idea.

Bah, he's just sitting there spinning in his CEO's chair, looking at posters of his wife, waiting for some fat mechanic to waltz in through the door and hand him prints for transparent aluminium.

Yeah sorry about that but the last time I left one parked in England I came back six hours later and it was stripped to the frame.

Transparent aluminium cans.

I would rule the WORLD.
