Originally posted by Krenim: [QB] Geez. Where to begin? I guess at the beginning. <s>Ewoks!</s> Furlings! And all of them get blown up within 30 seconds! Gotta love the little shrug Carter gives as she's getting beamed away. We get a nice little jab at early Season 9's butchering of the opening credits. Oddly, we don't get the credits until the end of the episode, which would have been a great way to keep the guest appearances secret if it weren't for the fact that they've been plastered all over every Sci-Fi commercial break. And yes, that gets a nice little jab too later on. Pierre Bernard continues to draw the ire of the SG-1 team by getting shot repeatedly by Mitchell in his zombie sequence. Mitchell suggests bringing in a replacement character to replace the main character. When Siler gets thrown up against the wall, he laments why such things always happen to him. This is, of course, because he's one of the show's stunt guys. Am I supposed to recognize the guy who was playing Scotty in the Star Trek parody? The Farscape parody basically consisted of cramming every single made-up Farscape word ever into less than 30 seconds, which in and of itself was hilarious. We again get a "Jackson and Mitchell look like" joke with Jackson playing Crichton and Mitchell playing Stark. Martin Lloyd has no idea what Farscape is. So what is 30185? As much as I love the Farscape parody, I think I gotta give it up to the puppet sketch as being the most hilarious. Never mind the fact that it's a completely inaccurate retelling of how everything got started. Hammond's hamming it up, Jackson's writing, and the fact that the event horizon cut off the puppet strings leaving the puppets dead on the other side of the gate while Teal'c just laughs... Genius! Mitchell and Vala decided to insert themselves into the final scene of "Moebius". Walter finally gets to go through the gate, and magically shows up in the right outfit. The one jab that really surprised me was at the very end ten years later when the movie's back on. This is, of course, a reference to the fact that the original creators of the Stargate movie may get to make the sequel they've been wanting to do for years (that completely ignores SG-1 and Atlantis).
