Hey Guys
I was just wondering if anyone knows if Justice League Unlimited is still on the cartoon network or did it cancelled?
Thanks

Do you really want more Justice League...... The infighting between memebers........ I'm anti DC.......... the only good thing was the blonde superhero with big titties...... what's her name.

First off... name a blonde WITHOUT!

Posted by Jason Abbadon (Member # 882) on :

He probably means Power Girl- she's nothing but tits.

Posted by Siegfried (Member # 29) on :

Probably either Supergirl or Galatea. Or both. Talk about beating one's self up, eh?

Per this episode list at TV.com and just what I vaguely remember, Justice League Unlimited is just in the beginning of its fifth season. The last new episode aired in late September. It looks like Cartoon Network has pulled the show of the schedule for now; it'll probably be back in soon enough.

I just wish the channel would quit screwing with Code Lyoko's schedule.

I just want season 2 of Venture Brothers to start.
And season one on DVD.

mmm... Powergirl....

Yeah the other day this kid I tutored showed me this new Supergirl comic that seemed like soft-core porn for kids. She was wrestling Power Girl in the rain...

Posted by Aban Rune (Member # 226) on :

It's not soft core porn until Adam Hughes draws it. Regardless, I'm going to need an issue number on that.

Marvel Rules....... DC Sucks....

I was surfing through the net, to find out who Power Girl was. There is a lot of pictures drawn of her flashing.

But anyways, on one of the sites I found a drawn pic of a naked Cardassian woman drawn by this artist T. Catt.... Very interesting design.

Well acccording to the buzz on this forum that I frequent (see the link in my sig to find out why) the new season of JLU will be airing in the UK from January 1st. Which probably means it'll be back on state side before long.

Depends on who's drawing them really, but from this particular show I can think of two (1) (2) blonde characters with modest busts.
I'll grant you this one isn't quite so modest, but dude, she's voiced by Inara from Firefly, she deserves those curves!

Roller girl.

Is it wrong that I have a superhuman lust for Supergirl?

And what's with having a bunch of different costumes (all with bare tummies apparently)?

Power Girl... where the phrase "Wonder Twin Powers..Activate!" REALLY began.

Just so long as you don't do anything that'll damage your eyesight.

The white t-shirt costume is the old 90's outfit, which they've only very recently replaced with the more traditional blue & red affair.
The change might have something to do with Kara's rematch with Galetea; (the animated universe's answer to power girl and yes, she was more grow up, although not quite to the extent that the comics have her.

Isn't there some other Supergirl, too, one with a darker costume and a big S that runs the length of her entire torso? I never really got her story.

Whaddayaknow... Somebody else around here watches Code Lyoko. Can't wait for Season 3.

And count me amongst those still waiting for JLU to return.

Pass. The comics are so convoluted it wouldn't surprise me, although I only bothered the research the bits of comicdom that impacted my DKA gig. I'm sure there's plenty of biographies and stuff out there to be had if you're interested, wikipedia would be a good place to start.

For those who can't wait for the new season of JLU, tv.com (crap though it may have become) has a video clip of one of the new episodes. here
Fans of Smallville should appreciate the irony of that episode.

Yeah, like the whole Nathan Summers/Cable crap. Sometimes ya gotta wonder just what they are smoking.

Of course, I'm still a big Rom - Spaceknight fan.

Space Toaster.
I keep tellin' ya- read issue 50: it's abackup feature.

Here is the link to the Cardie pic. CLICK HERE FOR EXPLICIT CONTENT.......................

You conservative people, don't click on it.

ummm... I kinda of think there are rules against linking to porn...

Posted by Cartman (Member # 256) on :

Yes, very interesting how all the Cardassian design bits sort of fade out closer to the drawing's epicenter... B)

Posted by Topher (Member # 71) on :

Link to, that's fine. Inline, that's a no-no.

Posted by Reverend (Member # 335) on :

Ain't it always the way. Someone starts a thread about a super hero cartoon and before you know it, it's naked cardassian women everywhere. Typical. [Wink]

Posted by Dat (Member # 302) on :

Well, then give me a naked Supergirl or Hawkgirl or Wonder Woman, or someone. But I'd really go for a naked Batgirl (Barbara Gordan).

Batgirl

Don't give me any bullshit about the inline thing because YOU CAN'T SEE HER NIPPLES!!

-MMoM [Big Grin]

{EDIT: No, but you can see her breasts. MIB was banned for a similar stunt, so please just link to 'em or blur all of them. -- Siegfried}

Adam Hughes does a darn fine Batgirl... as well as alot of others.

I feel a debate coming on...

I think you just wanted to mess with my post, Siggie. After all, Lee got away with some boob and even a little bush back in the day. (Don't make the fatal mistake of thinking I can't remember that far back!)

Furthermore, they showed that much of Hoshi and T'Pol on ENT, on NETWORK TELEVISION. As a matter of fact, even the old NBC censors basically let anything pass that didn't show the actual nipple, at least according to Stephen Whitfield and Gene Roddenberry's The Making of Star Trek.

Besides, it isn't even a real photograph but rather a piece of artwork. Suppose I were to post this:

 -

OR EVEN (GASP!) THIS:

 -

Oh my Lord, there's dick and pussy all over the place! SCANDALOUS AND UNACCEPTBLE!

(Waits for the inevitable controversy over just how seriously this post was meant to be taken and just how much titty is too much titty...)

As for the rest of your post, I echo Cartman and Sol System.

Come on guys... we're talking about animated superhero boobage! Look around... you're in paradise!! Let's not fuss.

I'm waiting for Jason to post the Vampire chick porno comic stuff. I think it was called "Tarot"?

Posted by Aban Rune (Member # 226) on :

Mmmmm... Vampire chicks rock. As long as they look like Elvira or Vampirella. Goth chicks really creep me out.

Posted by Siegfried (Member # 29) on :

Eh. I like animated Goth chicks. Raven from Teen Titans. Joan of Arc from Clone High. Sam from Danny Phantom.

Okay, maybe I just watch too many cartoons.

Getting this thread back on track, I've read that Cartoon Network will not be showing new episodes of JLU until late spring at the earliest.

[Mad]

Posted by Siegfried (Member # 29) on :

That's sounds about right for Cartoon Network. Did the article you read say anything about them rerunning the newest episodes any time soon? The last JLU episode I saw was "To Another Shore", and, really, that was the first one I had seen since "Panic in the Sky".

Posted by WizArtist II (Member # 1425) on :

Or back to the OTHER part... HERE is an interesting link. viewers beware.

You guys are so totally not fun.

No, man, I didn't mean to imply that I had a problem with you, but rather with the inconsistent (and silly) rules. And truthfully, I was stoned.

Still, I'm surprised that you didn't censor the art pics, which is what I expected. Seems these rules are inconsistent indeed...

...So yeah, Justice League...

In regards to JLU in the states... no word on any reruns for the first four episodes of the current season. Canucks are getting them finally and will continue on with the 5th episode and past so that they will be ahead of Cartoon Network. Still no word on whether or not this is the last season, but most likely it is. All episodes have been completed and are ready for airing. Once CN starts again, they'll air the remaining episodes of the season with no breaks in between. The season/series finale will be a two-parter and will involve the League and the Legion of Doom in combat on the ground and in space. The plot also will feature an unexpected team-up. And J'onn J'Onzz will not be returning. And, oh yeah, season one of JL will be available on dvd on March 21 along with season one of Batman Beyond.

Posted by Siegfried (Member # 29) on :

Minor Spoilers...

So it's confirmed that J'Onn J'Onzz is no longer going to be in the show? I saw the episode where he decided to leave, and I was a little sad about it. I like the character, but they really didn't give him anything to do since "Star-Crossed".

Posted by Dat (Member # 302) on :

That's according to Dwayne McDuffie.

Posted by Jason Abbadon (Member # 882) on :

I've yet to catch any of JLU, but I really wish they had used any of the actual Starmans from over the years instead of...whoever that guy is.

Really, Jack Knight would have rocked.

Posted by Dat (Member # 302) on :

Thought I would bring this back and say that JLU is returning to the Cartoon Network much earlier.
Starting February 11, the rest of the season will be shown every Saturday at 8:30pm. And again, this is the last season.
