It wouldn't surprise me at all if the KBoP was originally a Romulan design. The Klingons might of got their hands on the BoP in the same way the Romulans got the D7. In fact, for all we know, the Romulans could well have also been using the KBoP design during the late 23rd and early 24th century. Mark: Seems like a resonable explanation but it would of been nice if they mentioned something in dialogue. [/QB][/QUOTE]
