Canadian Secret Intelligence Service? Er ... I'm not trying to make fun of what it means, it's just that's the best I could think of.
Canadian Smiling Itty Spiders?

I once saw the entire Canadian air force at an airshow here in P-Cola. All 4 planes was here.

(Actually, if all our airforce was in Pensacola, then who'd be patrolling the arctic for NORAD? Yikes. Send all our planes to Florida and those damn rogue states you guys are always crying about shove a nuke down your throat)
But I digress.
CSIS = Canadian Security Intelligence Service. http://www.csis.gc.ca/ The scary thing about them is that we have a pretty good idea who the CIA might be spying on, but these guys? I mean, Canadian can't point to a single thing they've done recently, and its actually a relatively large and well-funded agency. I guess they take the secret part very seriously.
Then again, whatever they do, it's gotta be an improvement on the CIA, I suppose, who made a rather nasty habit of blocking FBI investigation of terrorism cases when diplomats are carbombed by the assassins of right-wing Latin American groups in order to stop those commie bastards, and opposed Clinton's State Dept.'s plans to declassify files on covert American intervention in Latin America under Nixon because it'll make heroes like CIA commisioner G.H.W. Bush look a wee bit nasty.
Wow, I digress once more.
CSIS is coming to kill us all.

Fabrux, I know, that's why I was surprised to see a post by him here, until I read the date. Where is he at? Does anyone know?

Well, I would think that he's in his own corner of the world (about 45 min from me), but due to certain reasons, he's sealed off. I can't contact him without getting him into trouble.

SEALS could become both singular and plural.
