I just finished reading this thread at the SDMB. If you haven't got time to read the whole thread, here's the synopsys:
On the last day of Memorial Day weekend, Purplebear's (that's her on-line nickname) husband helped rescue an 8-year-old little girl from drowning. She spent the next few days in the Children's ICU in San Antonio. On the 31st of may, that little girl died from her injuries, despite all that had been done.
Some times a real-life drama doesn't have the happy ending we'd like it to. If you're the praying kind, then hold that little girl's family up in prayer.

In this case, Justice in the sense that when somebody takes heroic measures to save a person's life, especially a child's, and the person dies anyway, that's not just. IMHO.
