How do I post a picture on this forum?

I'm going to guess that you're new to posting pictures in general, and go from there. If this is an unfounded assumption, mea culpa.

Anyway, in order to post a picture you first have to put it online somehow. An image just sitting around your hard drive won't do. You can either get your own web or FTP space, or you can ask one of the super extra friendly forumgoers if they'd be willing to put it up for you.

Once the picture is firmly within this wilderness we call the web, you can post it to these parts by using either HTML or the local UBB code. I'd recommend the second, because while I know enough html to use it, I don't know enough to show it to you.

Though as a rule of courtesy don't place large images that take forever to download, instead make a link to it.

He probably figured it out through the IP addresses he posted to. Though the last digits are blocked, I suppose it's enough to figure out who it is
