A case is appearing in the Chicago courthouse. The case is Trimarco vs. Colgate Palmolive et. al.. Trimarco's position is: People suffer from a disease-toothbrush abrasion. Cretins indeed. I suppose repeated oxygen inhalation may cause abrasions to the bronchi as well...
