For some reason, reading it this time, I realized that you meant a band to go in women's hair. Earlier, I'd read it to be a hair band (as in those '80s rock bands w/ the long hair and loud music and head-banging and all that), made up of women. It didn't make an sense then. Now I get it. :-)
