Hey guys, how's it going?

*hugs to Charles and Jubes in particular* Hope you two are still doing well...

My life is completely insane. I'm now full time graphic artist/web designer for a really reputable company in downtown Victoria, BC.

The crazy part is I am most likely about to become a first time home owner...22 with a mortgage...aieeee! I'm trying to finalize my purchase of a little condo right near downtown, and I have never been so excited and scared shitless in my entire life. I just keep telling myself what a good investment it is...*LOL*

My project manager is gone for 2 weeks on vacation, so I'm basically in charge of stuff while he's gone. Ugh. So much work! Ahhhhh!

Anyways, I missed you guys and it's been eons since I've talked to any of you. Sorry for being so distant, my life has been truely screwed up the last year and it's all starting to come together now.

Well, I never knew you before (I just started here a few months ago), but welcome back!!!

Home owner -- mortagage? Agh. I'm 22 too and I panicked at just having a CAR PAYMENT! (Well, in fairness, I got the car payment when I was 20, but ...)

Anyway. Good luck with it all! Hope its a nice condo! I can't wait to go shopping for homes in Boston myself!
