For those people, I have concluded that they DO NOT DESERVE MY APOLOGIES!

I felt no guilt whatsoever for spoiling the ep for a perticular few!

So basically your apology is useless because it's those people that are the ones who you've pissed off.

BTW, shouldn't type of thread of been placed in the Flameboard Andrew?

there's a difference between "reasonablly frustrated", and the "irrationally pissed off".

While the people who is reasonablly frustrated and complain and offer constructive criticisms about my action, I accepted full blame, and apologized for the mistake. Now such an example is Dukhat.

My apologies are not extended to those who are attacking irrationally, and in an uncivilized manner.

Jeez! OK OK OK! ENOUGHT PLEASE! He's said he's sorry - isn't that enough? To continuously slag him off for a mistake is not nice. I remember when I first joined that there was something about a guy called 'DARKSTAR', and that everyone was slagging him off for one reason or another. As someone said, we're all entitled to make mistakes - he's made his, he's tried to say sorry for it (people then continue to slag him off), can't we just drop it before this turns into a DARKSTAR II issue? It's spoiling the forum's appearance and attitude. We're here to discuss Sci-Fi, not slag people off. Well, a little 'good humoured' slagging off is OK, but I think this is going a little too far and BlueElectron needs some defence.

(Whay is below is also stated in the section about the sig's, but has more relevance here).
I see that Vogon Poet's status line is partially true in the case of BlueElectron's blunder with the Buffy spoiler - "Demon to some . . . Angel to others". Well I think we can all agree that Vogon Poet was being a Demon to BlueElectron. Ah well, we all learn from our mistakes - don't we? I know that my Cousins and Uncle will be mortified! Hehe! I might just tell them . . . Cruel or what?

Blue's apology in the "Buffy is Dead" thread doesn't sound very sincere, in tone or otherwise. I take it as kind of akin to, "oh, did I just discharge a shotgun in your chest? Well, hey, at least you won't have to pay any more taxes, right ol' chum? Hah-hah-hah!"

No use, Jeff. I tried saying that but he didn't believe me.

You know what, I'm gonna do it the "smart" way by backing off, like the one I describe in the flameboard with the middle east crisis.

I'm not gonna be harded headed Israelies or Palestinans. Instead of "throwing rocks", or "return fire", I'll be the SMART guy, watching the whole damn deal from TV.

No matter what I said, you guys think it's a pathetic attempt to clear myself of all blame, which is not true, cuz I've already admit to my mistake and take blame for it again, again, again.....

Maybe some of you think my "first" apology is goofy, but I believe otherwise, if some of you cannot take that answer, then so be it, I'm not gonna bang my head on the wall over it!

For the more "civilized" bunch who feel betrayed, annoyed or reasonably angry, again, sorry for spoiling the plot.

For those who I think are acting with irrational, childish behaviour. I think you don't deserve my apology. I'm not justfing my action, but if you're feeling true rage, like exploding, killing, or destroying somethings because of my mistake, which, dare I say, quite small an incident in a person's life, then I have to say:

GET A LIFE!

For those who's over the age of 25, with a decent education, who I believe, we have quite a few here, and still get all worked up about my mistake, and cuzzing at my name, trying to get me banned, giving me childish "nicknames", for these people, I'll have to say:

SIR, YOU'RE TRUELY SAD! WHERE'S YOUR 25+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCES AND MATURITY? WHERE'S YOUR EDUCATION? YOU'RE NOT THAT FAR FROM THOSE PEOPLE IN THE FILM "TREKKIES"!

Will I vanish from this forum like DARKSTAR? No, because I believe most people believe that my apologies are genuine, and I do believe a person is entitle to one mistake from time to time.

Unless I get kicked off by our adminstrator, Mr. C.C., I will still be participating in the discussion in this forum.

Like I said, I'm gonna do this the smart way, so I won't reply more in this post unless it is nessary to.

I, for one, think that BlueElectron is being perfectly reasonable here, and many are over-reacting. Please, it is just a television event, not a shotgun blast, and it should be treated appropriately.

Well, I realize that it's totally overdoing it to flame him about it, but i'd so kick anyone's ass if they revealed the voyager season finale. Well i just saw it, and i loved it, the writers partially redeemed themselves for the mistakes they had made on the other episodes, this one was amazing.
One thing was missing, and I will rant and rave about it, but before that

*The following would be my speech if I were in charge.*

All I'm going to say is that the attitudes toward spoiling around here were VERY obvious back when I first joined when it was Utopia Planitia. People who spoiled regular episodes without warning were set upon, and practically tarred and feathered. People who spoiled a finale were... well, I don't know that it ever happened that I can recall, but back then I would have expected hideous things to happen to the perpetrator.

That's the way it was, from what I've seen here, the attitudes have remained so. Maybe a LITTLE mellowed, but not much.

Someone with 200+ posts under his belt SHOULD have known that.

That said, I think the offended parties should lay off now. The damage has been done, enough already.

On the gripping hand, B.E., don't EVER do that again.
As I have said in the crime debates, everyone deserves one free cock-up. This was yours. Next time we shoot.

BlueElectron has already stated over and over that he knows what he did wrong, so I won't bother repeating to him not to do it again.

As for those of you whose lives revolve around television shows, and who feel the desire to destroy anyone who decreases the show's value for you in the slightest... Grow up.
