Since my thread was closed elsewhere I thought maybe I could explain here instead.
When I asked about my membership thats all I was doing, asking. I wasn't doing it to be offensive it's an honest question to which I can't seem to find the answer anywhere. But if the answer is in fact forever so be it.
If anything I just meant it as a little fun. I'm only 19 so I'm used to being a 'junior'. It doesn't offend me and I hope that it doesn't offend you.

It's a long story. I think Member was, what? 100 posts? 50?
Any way, "Junior Member" is no more...so you'll be a member soon enough. Then it goes to Senior Member at 250, at which point a mod can change your statline to one of our cool ones.
New contest: try to guess what my statline says! Ha!
I slay me.

Here in the Officer's Lounge you will find that the world has become a very odd place. At first it's just a bit strange then it just goes right on into madness. Be forewarned.
As I recall it was like 50 and then member status dumps the junior. Perhaps CC changed that in all his updates and world takeover attemps.
Fear not that someone might be a bit snippy. Be aware however that old oft asked questions are, um, well old oft asked questions to the hands around here. Sometimes the requisite niceties are not observed to the fullest as they should be.

Gotta admit the response I got on the other thread was really cold and a little surprising. I didn't expect that of this place everyone always seems so laid back, I kinda got used to coming here and enjoyed conversing with the locals.

It was more a matter of being in the wrong place methinks, doll. Although why it was smunched instead of simply moved is beyond me, but... :::shrugs:::

Your status line says "A kafur furulegur ra".
That wasn't expecially hard.
-------------------- Yes, you're despicable, and... and picable... and... and you're definitely, definitely despicable. How a person can get so despicable in one lifetime is beyond me. It isn't as though I haven't met a lot of people. Goodness knows it isn't that. It isn't just that... it isn't... it's... it's despicable.

Actually, I tried to figure out Shik's status line when he had me change it for him... It's hard to find good Icelandic->English translation online, though. However, I seem to recall determining that it was some sort of sexually-oriented self-praise...
