I'm having a really big problem with Internet Explorer and I know I have a good chance of fixing it if I ask all of you. When ever I go to certain sites (such as yahoo.com,sympatico.ca, my hotmail inbox, scifi-meshes.com) that dammed 'blue screen' comes up. After hitting any key a few times, the desktop appears and the browser has disappeared. Can anyone help because it's really getting on my nerves?

Haul your computer out back.

Find a large rock.

Combine rock with computer at high velocity.

Sigh in relief, go indoors, and read a book.

Problem solved.

Never mind, fixed it! I really wish I could take your advice some days Shik, this thing's 3 years old and never upgraded. And thanks TSN: I actually read the error message and found out it was a VXD file with my virus scanner. It was corrupt of something and I replaced it.
