I just read a story about the online database "Wayback Machine" being the subject of scrutiny over the fact that it contains sensitive material.
For those that haven't heard of it (I didn't know about it until today), the project is funded by the American NSF and uses bots to periodically archive websites. Users can then visit the site, enter a URL, and view the page as it looked at various times back to 1996.
