Yeah, so this is funny. I found it in the Daily Collegian, which is the Penn State paper. Why's it funny? Well, notice the #4 city? That's where I used to live. I can only conclude that by leaving & moving here, I raised their ranking & lowered State College's.

Ah, of course I don't see any college cities from California...of course with the radicals and conservatives at Berkeley, the party folk in San Diego, the cliff walking alcoholics at Santa Barbera, and the LA crowd, no wonder...
