Oh, fanboy geekiness overwhelms me. The same sort when watching "Pet Sementary" (some mispellings intentional, some not) with friends and they're surprised I actually know Denise Crosby from other things ("she was in other stuff? I thought she was a porn star ...")
Anyhoo, she's on tonight's THE AGENCY as a DC Homicide Cop who *GASP!* does something really evil (but not as evil as using a sentient android as a really expensive dildo) or something. I dunno. I was just flipping through channel in a desperate effort not to finish my Brit Lit reading.

I think you might be thinking of Andrea Thompson, who played an ice-queen detective called Jill Kirkendall. Of course, I could be wrong, but I hadn't heard of Denise Crosby getting a regular slot in any TV shows. . .

Oh, I remember those episodes... she was going to replace the boss when everyone complained and traded her for their current boss.

The woman can act... those episodes were on a couple of weeks ago.
"Ice Queen" hardly did her justice.

Ah, either these eps haven't been shbown here yet or I missed them. *sigh* I miss Homicide. . . Channel 4 still haven't shown the last season here yet, I'd like to see them even if they suck due to their inherent Andre Braugher-less-ness. B(

Don't worry, he shows up in the series finale. Er, I mean the "movie" ... (speaking of which, we still mourn the show here in Baltimore ... I mean, can you believe they cancelled it over Pretender? Jesus).

Pretender?! I saw a bit of this show the other day, I wasn't impressed. Granted whatserface, Andrea Parker was it? Granted she brought a certain degree of fuckability which H:LOTS had lacked since Melissa Leo left and, er, that lieutenant who became a captain then got busted down to detective, before she buggered off to France.
Actually, that reminds me of something I was gonna post. . . *goes off to write it*

Wait, Denise Crosby was a porn star? I thought that being in porn kills any shot in Hollywood?
