Naiad: Creature that ravaged Japan as revenge for human ecological mistakes. Superman attenpted to stop Naiad using the Spear of Destiny, without realizing that the conciousness of Adolf Hitler lived on in the spear. The Spectre confronted him, and removed Hitler's power from him
Nereid-class: Type of Federation-starship I designed last year, a mirandized Sovereign.
Incubus: Sometimes shitty band.
Gorgan: Energy creature that resided on planet Triacus. Killed the Starnes expedition through controlling the minds of their children.
Centaur, U.S.S.: Federation starship that was involved in the Dominion War. Commanded by Charlie Reynolds.
Gryphon, U.S.S.: Akira-class Federation starship that responded to the evacuation of the Europa Nova colony during the Gateways crisis.
Erinyes: Starship used by the species known as the Furies, in their second attack on Federation space 100 years after their virst contact with Captain Kirk, in the 'Soldiers of Fear' incident.
Phoenix: Warp powered prototype built by Zefram Cochrane of Alpha Centauri. The Phoenix was so named because it was an old missile emplacement, refit to Dr. Cochrane's specifications. ALSO: a Federation starship, Nebula-class commanded by Ben Maxwell. ALSO: a Romulan bird of prey, commanded by T'Cel.
Nymph: Star of many websites.
Chimera-class: Type of Federation starship.
Of course, my knowledge seems a bit genre-limited here...

The Furies were mythological woman-creatures (I don't really know what to call them, but, AFAIK, they were supposed to just look like women) who punished naughty people. And, yes, they were Greek.
