Who agrees with me that the latest episode of the powerpuff girls was extremely horrible in its rendition of Star Wars.
(Bubbles rules, however)

1. As Mod of the General Sci-Fi Forum, I think that this topic would be better suited there.

2. As the Unofficial King of All Cartoons (a title I haven't used in the longest time), I have to ask this: Is this the episode with the giant disco ball? If so, its not a new episode. I'll agree it wasn't a great parody, though. The Simpsons is so much better at such things.

Bashir: I bet they didn't teach you that in the Obsidian Order.

...And just in case you don't know who the Powerpuff Girls are: (from Yahoo) News and Media > Television > Shows > Cartoons > Powerpuff Girls, The

...And the OFFICIAL Cartoon Network Powerpuff Girls website (such as it is).

(Personally I prefer Cow and Chicken.)

To each his own.

Personally, I think that the Powerpuff girls are on the same level as Cow and Chicken...both I find horribly horribly stupid.

Personally, I like to stick to the sophisticated humor of Beavis and Butthead, and Ren and Stimpy.

I don't care much for Cow and Chicken, but I love one of their companion cartoons,

I AM WEASEL!

(mostly because of Michael Dorn's voice.)

As was once pointed out in a "Dilbert" strip, "weasel" is one of the funniest words in the English language... :-)

[Has since repaired the incomplete codes to the Powerpuff girls websites.]

And I agree with First of Two. I Am Weasel is high art. As a matter of fact, Cartoon Network is making an independent I Am Weasel series.

Cool!

I. R. Baboon:
    "i. r. spinning off! i. r. spinning off!"

I. M. Weasel:

    "Stop that! It's undignified!"

Then there's my personal favorite: Dexter's Laboratory.
