Actually, I think we need to qualify what constiutes a "drink." Do we go by units of alcohol? Pints of beer (in which case it becomes really urgent, because what the Yanks call beer is vastly different from the rest of the world, in taste as well as alcohol content - we'll all get alcohol poisoning trying to keep up, they'll just be needing to pee a lot)? Measures of spirits?

Why not just have anyone take a shot of vodka/tequila whenever a profanity is posted or a doubleshot whenever a fanboy speaks?

Any time someone changes their Personal Display Name and/or Status Line should be a major category.
Subcategories could include certain members who frequently make changes, and also if they add "cool" variations to their status line -- like highlighted text, or Webdings, etc.
