Hmm... this sounds oddly familiar. Given for some variations thanks to the oh-so-nice portrayal of the Suliban in that Tandaran "internment center," this seems to be a pretty similar situation.

Obviously we didn't see the Suliban go on a rampage and destroy the Planetary Mansion or whatever you call the capital's big buildings there. But still...
