IIRC, it's a skit from Saturday Night Live ... if I were to guess, I'd think it was from the episode guest-starring Patrick Stewart, in the "Scottish Therapist" segment. Mike Myers runs a Scottish themed shop, and one of the products is offered in "wee, not so wee, and fricking huge!" sizes.

I don't think it's the Patrick Stewart episode, since the Stewart episode had him being the Scottish Therapist. Mike Myer's Scottish store ("If it's not Scottish, IT'S CRAP!") was in a few other episodes of SNL.

In the skit, Mike Myer's Scot went off in a fury, and as a result, wound up in therapy with the Scotish Therapist. I'm fairly certain it was the Stewart episode.

Ah, see, I forgot that part. I thought the entire skit was him at the therapist, I didn't realize it started in the store.
