Just a little aside to say I saw this movie tonight - and I really loved it! Was GREAT FUN! Cool action effects. Yummy eye-candy! In-jokes galore and generally funny and fun!

Demi Moore is looking GREAT!

I just had one question about the movie: what the FRELL happened? Well, more than one question, really, but that was foremost in my mind. The plot was WAY underdone. I couldn't quite figure out who was working for whom. One reviewer described it as a giant collection of thirty-second commercials for itself, and that seemed pretty accurate. Admittedly, the thirty second commercials were usually pretty good. And it had Crispin Glover! And Robert Patrick! Making me probably the only straight guy in the country who enjoyed the male actors more than the female actors, but hey. And what the frell was with the guy who could walk through a giant wall of flame, anyhow? And these girls don't carry guns any more? IDIOTS!

Of course, there were some good moments. The whole running joke with Lucy Liu's father thinking she's a prostitute and Charlie's a pimp was good. Shoot, John Cleese playing her father was good, too. And the most unintentionally-funny joke in the movie was the guy who kept saying "I know we just moved in together, and that you don't want to rush things, but..." [Roll Eyes]

But I saw it with a girl. So it's all good.

Wait, people actually watched this movie? Didn't anyone see the first one? Didn't they notice it was shit? Literally, fecal matter somehow transformed into a reel of film? And how many sequels, especially ones made in the last decade, have not been worse than their predecessors?

Basically, the "fuck"?

Probably the only good thing in the entire movie was the Enzo. And even that I don't like too much...

What?? That is really the reason I went to see the movie instead of renting it later in life.
