From the title thread and subsequent phrase leading to the article, I thought some drug cartel 'capo' died in a plane with the same insulation that the former shuttlecraft Columbia used... what a disappointment.

In 2000, the shuttle Atlantis OV-104 suffered a hull breach upon re-entry. She survived. Her sister ship wasn't as lucky.
