"The Avuncular one" sounds too patronizing. I Don't want to portray myself as everyone's opponent, but neither do I agree just to be nice.

I think my status line warns everyone that if I disagree with your point-of-view, this doesn't mean I think you're a dolt. Not necessarily, anyhow .
