If only we could limit the files in a directory here at work. Recently we migrated from a Document Processing System (that uses a database to remember where files are, and has templates and diaries and suchlike) based around WordPerfect 5.1 (I kid you not) to one using Word 97. But first we roll out Word, and people start using it to look into their directories where they have said thousands of files. Now, you try uising Open in Word to look into a directory like that - WITH THE PREVIEW PANE OPEN. Chaos, absolute chaos. . .
