Personally, I love the American Dairy Association. You don't get much better than "Ah, the power of cheese" as a product slogan. It works so well in formal orations and small banter between friends at the pub. Behold, the power of cheese, indeed.

But if cheese gets a little mold on it, it's developing "character" and "aging nicely". Just flick the penecillin off and grill up a nice turkey and cheddar sandwich. Serve with ketchup and a sprig of parsley.
